Worldwide shipping & Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays:
- USA/UK/CANADA/AUSTRALIA ~ 10 to 18 business days.
- Rest of the world ~ 10 to 30 business days.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-2 business days
Standard Shipping (10 - 18 days): $6.9 USD (Order amount: $0 - $49)
Standard Free Shipping (10 - 18 days): $0 USD (Order amount: Over $49)
Note*: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.
Delayed delivery: in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time-frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).
Any mistake made by the customer when giving it's shipping informations such as wrong address, wrong email address, wrong name, city or country and therefore creating a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy wont apply.
